Creating Users in CUA System - with Video

In this process, you create users in the CUA central system and assign roles to them. You then test your settings.

       1.      Create new users

In this step, you create users in the CUA central system with the user maintenance (transaction SU01).

       2.      Assign roles to users

In this step, you use user maintenance (transaction SU01) to assign ABAP roles to the users.

       3.      Test

In this step, you test whether the authorization assignment is functioning correctly. To do this, log on to the Enterprise Portal as a user and call a portal service that calls an ABAP transactions and a J2EE service in the Add-In system.

Result

You have created users and assigned roles to them in the CUA central system.
